145 or so
So today I begin blogging my weight. I've been trying off and on to lose weight for, oh, years now and keep ending back where I started -- actually, ending up weighing even more. Apparently my all or nothing approach -- diet for a week and then, umm, don't diet -- isn't working wonders. We are going to try a new approach. Daily weight tracking, food journal, workout and steps and we are going to aim for ONE pound a week. That's all. We are only going to try to lose ONE pound. Fair enough, right?
