Breakfast: Oatmeal with almonds (7 am), bacon, egg, cheese on roll (10:15 am)
Lunch: chicken sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, mayo. Cape Cod potato chips.
Dinner: 2 slices pepperoni pizza
Snacks: apple, 2 bags of mini m&ms, mini almond joy

Exercise? No
Steps: 9800

Thoughts: Annoyed that I had two breakfasts, but was starving.

So today I begin blogging my weight. I've been trying off and on to lose weight for, oh, years now and keep ending back where I started -- actually, ending up weighing even more. Apparently my all or nothing approach -- diet for a week and then, umm, don't diet -- isn't working wonders. We are going to try a new approach. Daily weight tracking, food journal, workout and steps and we are going to aim for ONE pound a week. That's all. We are only going to try to lose ONE pound. Fair enough, right?
